Auditor, Canal Advocate Kenneth Rollins Sr.

Kenneth Stewart Rollins Sr., 88, a retired auditor with the General Accounting Office who was an advocate for the C&O Canal, died Oct. 13 of heart disease at the Kensington Park retirement community.
