Judge Dismisses Family’s Paxil Suicide Suit, Finds No Causation
NEW ORLEANS - The manufacturer of a generic version of Paxil was awarded summary judgment by a federal judge on Nov. 17, after the family of a man whose suicide was allegedly caused by his use of the antidepressant failed to present any evidence to establish a causal link (Patricia Smith, et al. v.
