$25M Awarded In Retrial Of N.J. Accutane Case Alleging Inflammatory Bowel Disease

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - A New Jersey state court jury on Feb. 16 awarded an Accutane inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) plaintiff $25.1 million, almost 10 times what a jury in the same court awarded him in 2007 before an appeals court ordered a retrial (Andrew McCarrell v.
