Doctor Is Found To Be Qualified, But Not His Opinions
DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Supreme Court disagreed with a trial judge's finding that a plaintiff's expert was inherently unqualified to render opinions in a phenylpropanolamine (PPA) injury case but on Feb. 5 said the expert's opinions did not have sufficient scientific support (Bryan Ranes v.
