WASHINGTON, D.C. - An electronics patent that does not disclose the circuitry of one of its components is not invalid for indefiniteness where one of ordinary skill in the art would know how to interpret the specification and build the circuit, the Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals held July 6 (Telcordia Technologies, Inc. v.
