LINCOLN, Neb. - The Nebraska Supreme Court on July 16 affirmed that a payment made by an insurer before its liquidation was a voidable preferential transfer under the Nebraska Insurers Supervision, Rehabilitation, and Liquidation Act (NISRLA) (State of Nebraska, ex rel.
